目的:建立一种简单、准确的油溶性茶多酚测定的新方法。方法采用硅胶固相萃取对油脂中的油溶性茶多酚富集,酸性甲醇回收,通过皂化,将浓缩后的油溶性茶多酚转化成水溶性茶多酚,采用福林酚比色法测定其含量。结果该方法的线性方程为 Y=0.0007X-0.0381, R2=0.9566,回收率为82.7%和84.8%,相对标准偏差为5%左右,能够满足常规分析。结论本方法操作简单,不需要复杂分析仪器,分析结果较可靠,可以用于食用油中油溶性茶多酚的含量测定。

Objective To establish a simple and accurate method for determination of oil-soluble tea po-lyphenols. Methods The oil-soluble tea polyphenols in oil were extracted by solid phase extraction column, and then eluted by acid methanol. The oil-soluble tea polyphenols were transformed into water-soluble tea po-lyphenols by saponification, and then determined by Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetry. Results The linear equation of this method was Y=0.0007X-0.0381, R2=0.9566. The recoveries were 82.7%~84.8%and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were about 5%, which can satisfied the routine analysis. Conclusion This method is sim-ple, and need no complex analysis instrument. The analysis results are reliable and it can be used for the deter-mination of oil-soluble tea polyphenols in edible oil.
