目的：测定兰州百合中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)的含量。方法采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法分别测定兰州百合烘干品和干品中Pb、Cd的含量。结果兰州百合烘干品中Pb、Cd的含量分别为3.764、0.137μg/g,干品中Pb、Cd含量为4.826、0.324μg/g。结论兰州百合烘干品与干品中Pb、Cd的含量有一定差异,原子吸收分光光度法可用于测定Pb、Cd含量。
目的：測定蘭州百閤中鉛(Pb)、鎘(Cd)的含量。方法採用石墨爐原子吸收分光光度法分彆測定蘭州百閤烘榦品和榦品中Pb、Cd的含量。結果蘭州百閤烘榦品中Pb、Cd的含量分彆為3.764、0.137μg/g,榦品中Pb、Cd含量為4.826、0.324μg/g。結論蘭州百閤烘榦品與榦品中Pb、Cd的含量有一定差異,原子吸收分光光度法可用于測定Pb、Cd含量。
목적：측정란주백합중연(Pb)、력(Cd)적함량。방법채용석묵로원자흡수분광광도법분별측정란주백합홍간품화간품중Pb、Cd적함량。결과란주백합홍간품중Pb、Cd적함량분별위3.764、0.137μg/g,간품중Pb、Cd함량위4.826、0.324μg/g。결론란주백합홍간품여간품중Pb、Cd적함량유일정차이,원자흡수분광광도법가용우측정Pb、Cd함량。
Objective To determine the content of Pb and Cd in Lanzhou Lily. Methods The contents of Pb and Cd in drying samples and dried samples of Lanzhou Lily by GF-AAS (graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry). Results The content of Pb and Cd was 3.764, 0.137 μg/g in Lanzhou drying Lily, and 4.826, 0.324 μg/g in dried Lily. Conclusion There are differences in content of Pb and Cd in drying and dried Lanzhou Lily. Atomic absorption spectrophotometry can be used for determination of Pb and Cd.
