目的:观察超微铁皮石斛对脾虚便秘小鼠血常规的影响,以期揭示超微铁皮石斛对脾虚便秘的疗效作用机理。方法通过灌胃番泻叶水煎液7 d,控制饮食、饥饱失常8 d建立小鼠脾虚便秘模型,造模成功后,灌胃给药铁皮石斛传统汤药和50%量超微汤药,治疗7 d,以灌胃等量无菌水的正常组和模型组做对照。眼球采血,用CA-500血液自动分析仪进行检测,观察其对血常规的影响。结果经铁皮石斛治疗后,血小板数量和比容显著高于正常组(P<0.01,P<0.05);红细胞数量和比容增加;红细胞体积分布宽度降低;血红蛋白含量、白细胞和淋巴细胞数量均降低;红细胞平均血红蛋白含量和浓度均降低,但仍显著高于正常组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。超微50%量组红细胞数量和比容显著高于模型组(P<0.05),达到正常组水平;白细胞和淋巴细胞数量显著低于模型组和传统汤组(P<0.01,P<0.05),与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论铁皮石斛超微50%量汤药总体疗效优于传统汤药。

목적:관찰초미철피석곡대비허편비소서혈상규적영향,이기게시초미철피석곡대비허편비적료효작용궤리。방법통과관위번사협수전액7 d,공제음식、기포실상8 d건립소서비허편비모형,조모성공후,관위급약철피석곡전통탕약화50%량초미탕약,치료7 d,이관위등량무균수적정상조화모형조주대조。안구채혈,용CA-500혈액자동분석의진행검측,관찰기대혈상규적영향。결과경철피석곡치료후,혈소판수량화비용현저고우정상조(P<0.01,P<0.05);홍세포수량화비용증가;홍세포체적분포관도강저;혈홍단백함량、백세포화림파세포수량균강저;홍세포평균혈홍단백함량화농도균강저,단잉현저고우정상조(P<0.01,P<0.05)。초미50%량조홍세포수량화비용현저고우모형조(P<0.05),체도정상조수평;백세포화림파세포수량현저저우모형조화전통탕조(P<0.01,P<0.05),여정상조비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론철피석곡초미50%량탕약총체료효우우전통탕약。
Objective To investigate the influence of ultramicro powder Dendrobium officinale on the blood routine in mice with spleen-deficiency constipation, and explore the mechanism of its efficacy. Methods In order to make models of spleen-deficiency constipation, mice were fed with senna water decoction for 7 days, then diet was restricted for 8 days, to make them hunger satiety disordered. The other mice were given equivalent amount of sterile water, then were fed normally, in normal group. Then treatment groups were respectively given the traditional decoction of Dendrobium officinale and 50% amount of ultramicro powder Dendrobium officinale, the normal group and the model group were given equivalent amount of sterile water. The eyeball blood was collected and CA-500 automated hematology analyzer was used for determination. Results After treated with Dendrobium officinale, platelet and thrombocytocrit were significantly higher than normal group (P<0.01, P<0.05). RBC and haematocrit (HCT) were increased. RBC volume distribution width, hemoglobin, WBC and LYM were reduced. Mean corpuscular hemoglobin and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration were also reduced, but still significantly higher than normal group (P<0.01, P<0.05). RBC and HCT of 50%amount of ultramicro powder Dendrobium officinale group were significantly higher than model group (P<0.05), reached the level of normal group (P>0.05). WBC and LYM of 50%amount of ultramicro powder Dendrobium officinale group were significantly lower than model group and the traditional decoction of Dendrobium officinale group (P<0.01, P<0.05), but had no significant difference with normal group (P>0.05). Conclusion The overall curative effect of 50% amount of ultramicro powder Dendrobium officinale was better than the traditional decoction.
