目的:观察酸枣仁黄酮对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法将72只小鼠按体质量分层随机分为正常组、模型组、吡拉西坦组及酸枣仁黄酮低、中、高剂量组,分别于第11日腹腔注射东莨菪碱(1.5 mg/kg)制作记忆获得障碍模型,第12日乙醇灌胃(35%,10 mL/kg)制作记忆再现障碍模型。各给药组给予相应药物灌胃,连续给药12 d。采用避暗法和迷津法观察酸枣仁黄酮与吡拉西坦对记忆障碍小鼠学习记忆能力的改善作用。结果酸枣仁黄酮能不同程度地延长小鼠的潜伏期,减少错误次数,缩短遭电击的时间。酸枣仁黄酮高剂量组各项指标与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而与吡拉西坦组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论酸枣仁黄酮能改善小鼠学习记忆能力。

목적:관찰산조인황동대소서학습기억능력적영향,병탐토기작용궤제。방법장72지소서안체질량분층수궤분위정상조、모형조、필랍서탄조급산조인황동저、중、고제량조,분별우제11일복강주사동랑탕감(1.5 mg/kg)제작기억획득장애모형,제12일을순관위(35%,10 mL/kg)제작기억재현장애모형。각급약조급여상응약물관위,련속급약12 d。채용피암법화미진법관찰산조인황동여필랍서탄대기억장애소서학습기억능력적개선작용。결과산조인황동능불동정도지연장소서적잠복기,감소착오차수,축단조전격적시간。산조인황동고제량조각항지표여모형조비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),이여필랍서탄조비교,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론산조인황동능개선소서학습기억능력。
Objective To reserch the effects of Semen flavonoids on the ability of learning and memory in mice. Methods Totally 72 mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, piracetam group and Semen flavonoids low-, medium-, high-dose group. On the eleventh day, scopolamine (1.5 mg/kg) was intraperitoneally injected to induce memory aquirement disorder, and on the twelfth day, alcohol (35%, 0.1 mL/kg) was intragastrically administrated to induce memory reappearance disorder. The mice were given corresponding drugs for 12 days. Using dark avoidance test and maze test, the effects of Semen flavonoids and piracetam on ability of learning and memory were observed and compared. Results Semen flavonoids could prolong the latent period, reduce the erroneous times and shorten total time of lightning stroke. The indicators were significant different between Semen flavonoid high-dose group and model group (P<0.05). While there was no significant difference between Semen flavonoids and piracetam (P>0.05). Conclusion Semen flavonoids could improve the learning and memory abilities of mice with memory disorder.
