目的:确定蓖麻籽中除蓖麻油之外还有一种物质能够引起小鼠子宫平滑肌收缩异常,为进一步研究提供依据。方法采用石油醚脱脂法获得蓖麻籽脱脂提取物,提取物分为4、8、16、32 h 4个时间组和0.15、0.06、0.02 mg/mL 3个剂量组,以小鼠离体子宫平滑肌肌张力和收缩周期为指标,观察提取物存放时间和浓度对小鼠离体子宫平滑肌的影响。结果与对照组比较,提取物4、8、16 h组能显著增强离体子宫平滑肌肌张力(P<0.05,P<0.01),4、8、16、32 h组均能显著降低收缩周期(P<0.05,P<0.01);与对照组比较,0.15、0.06 mg/mL剂量组能显著增强离体子宫平滑肌肌张力(P<0.01),0.02 mg/mL 组不显著,0.15、0.06、0.02 mg/mL 均能显著降低收缩周期(P<0.05,P<0.01)。与对照组比较,洗脱组能显著降低离体子宫平滑肌肌张力和增加收缩周期(P<0.01)。结论蓖麻籽中除蓖麻油之外,还有一种成分能够改变小鼠离体子宫的肌张力和收缩周期,此成分在蓖麻籽中稳定,其作用强度随存放时间延长而降低。

목적:학정비마자중제비마유지외환유일충물질능구인기소서자궁평활기수축이상,위진일보연구제공의거。방법채용석유미탈지법획득비마자탈지제취물,제취물분위4、8、16、32 h 4개시간조화0.15、0.06、0.02 mg/mL 3개제량조,이소서리체자궁평활기기장력화수축주기위지표,관찰제취물존방시간화농도대소서리체자궁평활기적영향。결과여대조조비교,제취물4、8、16 h조능현저증강리체자궁평활기기장력(P<0.05,P<0.01),4、8、16、32 h조균능현저강저수축주기(P<0.05,P<0.01);여대조조비교,0.15、0.06 mg/mL제량조능현저증강리체자궁평활기기장력(P<0.01),0.02 mg/mL 조불현저,0.15、0.06、0.02 mg/mL 균능현저강저수축주기(P<0.05,P<0.01)。여대조조비교,세탈조능현저강저리체자궁평활기기장력화증가수축주기(P<0.01)。결론비마자중제비마유지외,환유일충성분능구개변소서리체자궁적기장력화수축주기,차성분재비마자중은정,기작용강도수존방시간연장이강저。
Objective To determine that in the castor bean besides castor oil there is another substance that can cause the abnormal contraction of the smooth muscle of the mouse uterus, and consequently provide the basis for further research. Methods The defatted extract of castor bean was obtained by petroleum ether degreasing, taking the tension and the contraction cycle of the smooth muscle of isolated mouse uterine as indices, the effect of the storage time and concentration of the extract on the smooth muscle of isolated mouse uterus were observed. Results Compared with the control group, groups with the storage time of the extract 4, 8, 16 h could significantly enhance the tension of the smooth muscle of isolated mouse uterus (P<0.05, P<0.01), 4, 8, 16 and 32 h group could significantly decrease the contraction cycle respectively (P<0.05, P<0.01). The 0.15 mg/mL group and 0.06 mg/mL group could significantly enhance the tension of the smooth muscle of isolated mouse uterus, while 0.02 mg/mL group was not significant (P>0.05). 0.15, 0.06 and 0.02 mg/mL group could significantly decrease the contraction cycle respectively (P<0.05, P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the elution group could significantly reduce muscle tension and increase the contraction cycle (P<0.01). Conclusion In addition to castor oil in castor bean, there is a component that can change the muscle tension and the contraction cycle, its intensity decreased along with storage time.
