目的:观察电针对阿尔茨海默病(AD)大鼠海马组织及血清中趋化因子单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)及基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法将大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组和电针组,通过双侧海马区微量注射β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)构建AD模型,采用Morris水迷宫检测空间学习和记忆能力的变化,ELISA检测海马组织及血清中MCP-1及SDF-1水平。结果与模型组比较,电针组可明显改善AD大鼠学习记忆能力(P<0.05),下调海马组织 MCP-1水平(P<0.05)及血清 MCP-1水平(P>0.05),上调血清SDF-1水平(P<0.05)。海马组织 SDF-1水平各组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电针治疗可能通过对趋化因子的调节作用提高AD大鼠的学习和记忆能力。

목적:관찰전침대아이자해묵병(AD)대서해마조직급혈청중추화인자단핵세포추화단백-1(MCP-1)급기질세포연생인자-1(SDF-1)적영향,병탐토기작용궤제。방법장대서수궤분위정상조、가수술조、모형조화전침조,통과쌍측해마구미량주사β-정분양단백(Aβ)구건AD모형,채용Morris수미궁검측공간학습화기억능력적변화,ELISA검측해마조직급혈청중MCP-1급SDF-1수평。결과여모형조비교,전침조가명현개선AD대서학습기억능력(P<0.05),하조해마조직 MCP-1수평(P<0.05)급혈청 MCP-1수평(P>0.05),상조혈청SDF-1수평(P<0.05)。해마조직 SDF-1수평각조간비교차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론전침치료가능통과대추화인자적조절작용제고AD대서적학습화기억능력。
Objective To explore the effect of electro-acupuncture on the expression of chemokines monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) and stromal cell derived factor-1 (SDF-1) in hippocampal and serum of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) rats, and explore its therapeutic mechanism. Methods The rats were randomized into normal group, sham operation group, model group, and electro-acupuncture treatment group. The AD model was made by Aβinfusion. The learning and memory ablitilies were detected by Morris water maze. Levels of MCP-1 and SDF-1 were determined by ELISA. Results Electro-acupuncture treatment could significantly improve the learning and memory function of AD rats, decrease MCP-1 level in hippocampus tissue (P<0.05) and serum (P>0.05), increase SDF-1 level in serum (P<0.05). SDF-1 level in hippocampus tissue had no statistically significant difference among groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Electro-acupuncture could improve the learning and memory function of AD rats through the regulation of chemokines.
