通过对太原工业学院男生健美操选项课中的学生进行座谈，了解男生对健美操课程的认知情况，并对健美操课程的教学内容、教学方法、课堂组织等提出有效建议，以更好地推动男生健美操在普通高校的发展。

Through interview on male students selecting aerobics class from Taiyuan Industrial College , this paper tries to find out the their understanding on aerobics class , puts forward the effective suggestions on teaching con-tent, method and classroom organization .The main purpose is to promote the aerobics development in university .
