对济宁地区5种主栽食用菌样品中铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)的含量进行了检测,并按照国家卫生质量标准及绿色食品(食用菌)标准,对被测食用菌中的重金属含量进行安全评价。检测结果表明,济宁地区5种食用菌鲜菇中Pb、Cd、As、Hg含量平均值均不超标,质量基本安全,但香菇Pb和Hg轻度污染。
對濟寧地區5種主栽食用菌樣品中鉛(Pb)、鎘(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)的含量進行瞭檢測,併按照國傢衛生質量標準及綠色食品(食用菌)標準,對被測食用菌中的重金屬含量進行安全評價。檢測結果錶明,濟寧地區5種食用菌鮮菇中Pb、Cd、As、Hg含量平均值均不超標,質量基本安全,但香菇Pb和Hg輕度汙染。

We investigated the contents of four heavy metals Pb, Cd, As and Hg in five edible fungi from Jining city, and evaluated the safety grade of the heavy metal content according to the and . The results showed that the average contents of Pb, Cd , As and Hg in the five edible fungi were all below the standards and the five edible fungi were basically safe for food, but Flammulina velutipes was slightly polluted by Pb and Hg.
