选择5个不同品种的南瓜种子,对其进行干热处理,以未处理同品种南瓜种子为对照。通过测定种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和出苗率等,探讨干热处理对不同南瓜种子萌发的影响。试验结果表明,干热处理对于不同品种的南瓜种子的影响不大,干热处理会使南瓜种子水分有缺失,但在处理结束后,水分会慢慢恢复,且处理前后的南瓜种子的发芽率和出苗率等都没有因为干热处理而产生显著差异。
選擇5箇不同品種的南瓜種子,對其進行榦熱處理,以未處理同品種南瓜種子為對照。通過測定種子的髮芽率、髮芽勢、髮芽指數和齣苗率等,探討榦熱處理對不同南瓜種子萌髮的影響。試驗結果錶明,榦熱處理對于不同品種的南瓜種子的影響不大,榦熱處理會使南瓜種子水分有缺失,但在處理結束後,水分會慢慢恢複,且處理前後的南瓜種子的髮芽率和齣苗率等都沒有因為榦熱處理而產生顯著差異。
선택5개불동품충적남과충자,대기진행간열처리,이미처리동품충남과충자위대조。통과측정충자적발아솔、발아세、발아지수화출묘솔등,탐토간열처리대불동남과충자맹발적영향。시험결과표명,간열처리대우불동품충적남과충자적영향불대,간열처리회사남과충자수분유결실,단재처리결속후,수분회만만회복,차처리전후적남과충자적발아솔화출묘솔등도몰유인위간열처리이산생현저차이。
We treated the seeds of five different pumpkin cultivars at 72℃ for five days, and took the untreated seeds of the five cultivars as the control treatments respectively. And we studied the effects of the dry heat treatment on the seed germination of pumpkin by determining the germination rate, germination potential, germination index and seedling-emergence rate. The results showed that, the dry heat treatment had no significant effect on the seeds of different pumpkin cultivars, and it made the water content of pumpkin seeds decreased, but the water content was slowly increased a week after the treatment, in addition, the germination rate and seedling-emergence rate of the treated seeds had no significant difference with those of the untreated seeds.
