Centering on the high-level construction goals and cotents of production-study-research cooperation, higher vocational institutes should give full play to the scientific and technical advantages, organize and carry out the comprehensive, multi-mode, multi-channel and multi-area production-study-research cooperation in aspects of the talent training, technical service, economic cooperation and sharing resources, launch the economic cooperation with local areas in various forms, make efforts to improve the scientific and technical innovative level and promote the development of sophisticated industries for the purpose of scientific development of such a cooperation driven by a more comprehensive and systematic innovation to a deeper extent.
