在国内外企业信息化与工业化融合发展的综合分析基础上，构建企业两化融合影响因素评价指标体系，并以结构方程模型理论为依据建立企业层面的两化融合影响因素模型。以连云港规模以上工业企业的调研数据为样本，对模型进行检验、修正和分析，结果显示：影响两化融合的外因指标对融合效益的贡献率均为正值，但从整体上看两化融合程度还不够。因此，政府需要发挥调节作用，企业需要创新，才能更好地促进企业的两化融合发展。

With a review on integration of informationalization and industrialization in domestic and foreign enter-prises, the paper establishes a model of influential factors based on enterprise-level integration structural equa-tion. Sample data are collected from industrial enterprises in Lianyungang, and the model was tested, revised and result analysis shows that: the impact of external factors on integration efficiency is positive contribution, but the degree of integration is not enough as a whole. Therefore, the government needs to play a regulatory role, companies need to innovate in order to better promote the development of integration.
