对抽油机位置及状态智能监测系统进行了总体设计,以AVR单片机作为控制核心,利用GPS对油田抽油机进行精确定位,通过水银开关对抽油机的工作状态进行监测。通过SIM900A芯片将油井位置、抽油机的工作状态、控制板的温度、时间、信号强度以及SIM卡余额等信息通过GPRS通信传至控制中心,实现了对抽油机位置及状态的智能监测。
對抽油機位置及狀態智能鑑測繫統進行瞭總體設計,以AVR單片機作為控製覈心,利用GPS對油田抽油機進行精確定位,通過水銀開關對抽油機的工作狀態進行鑑測。通過SIM900A芯片將油井位置、抽油機的工作狀態、控製闆的溫度、時間、信號彊度以及SIM卡餘額等信息通過GPRS通信傳至控製中心,實現瞭對抽油機位置及狀態的智能鑑測。

The intelligent position and state monitoring system for oil pumping unit was designed , in which , having AVR single chip microcomputer taken as the control core and GPS employed to locate oil pumping unit ’ s position accurately and to monitor its working state through the mercury switch; and with the help of SIM900 A chip and the GPRS communication , the information like oil pumping unit ’ s position and working state, the control board ’ s temperature , time and signal intensity , as well as the SIM card ’ s balances can be transmitted to the control center so that auto-location and state monitoring of the oil pumping unit can be real-ized.
