针对甲醇合成塔温度控制具有非线性、时变性、时滞性,以及基于PLC的PID控制自适应能力差、鲁棒性不强、控制器体积大、成本高及兼容性差等问题,将神经网络与PID控制相结合,设计基于ARM9的甲醇合成温度控制系统,给出了系统的软、硬件结构。 Simulink仿真结果表明:基于ARM9的神经网络PID控制器具有较好的系统稳态与动态特性,系统抗干扰能力强,鲁棒性也比较好。
針對甲醇閤成塔溫度控製具有非線性、時變性、時滯性,以及基于PLC的PID控製自適應能力差、魯棒性不彊、控製器體積大、成本高及兼容性差等問題,將神經網絡與PID控製相結閤,設計基于ARM9的甲醇閤成溫度控製繫統,給齣瞭繫統的軟、硬件結構。 Simulink倣真結果錶明:基于ARM9的神經網絡PID控製器具有較好的繫統穩態與動態特性,繫統抗榦擾能力彊,魯棒性也比較好。

Considering nonlinearity , time-varying and time-lag of temperature control system in methanol syn-thetic reactor , and the poor adaptive ability and robustness , large volume and high cost as well as poor compat-ibility in PLC-based PID control , having neural network combined with PID control was proposed to design ARM9-based temperature control system for the methanol synthesis reactor , including the system ’ s hardware and software and the model established with Simulink .The simulation result shows that ARM 9-based neural network PID controller has better stable and dynamic characteristics , and the system has strong robustness and anti-interference .
