PSpice软件具有电力电子建模的优势,作为功率开关器件的IGBT可以通过PSpice软件由两个电容、一个电压控制开关、一个二极管来建立模型,在PSpice软件下建立由此IGBT组成的模块化多电平换流器( MMC)子模块电路模型,可以提高模型的准确性,但是PSpice也有其非交互式仿真及不能对积分方法进行控制等缺点,结合第三方软件SLPS,将PSpice与Matlab/Simulink联合仿真,可以方便、快速、准确地对电力系统进行建模仿真。

PSpice has advantages in modeling power electronics .As a power switch , two capacitors , a volt-age-control switch and a diode jointly constitute IGBT;having this IGBT model employed to build MMC ’ s sub-model so as to improve the model ’ s accuracy .Considering Psipce ’ s shortcomings like noninteractive simula-tion and failing to control integration method and with the help of SLPS software , the co-simulating of PSpice and MATLAB/Simulink can conveniently and accurately have the power system modeled and simulated .
