针对合成氨两台渣油气化炉共用一套氧气放空调节系统,单炉跳车氧气系统压力控制难度大的特点,利用日本横河电机公司CS3000 R3集散控制系统,对单炉跳车情况下的氧气放空进行前馈控制,稳定氧气系统压力,确保另一台气化炉安全稳定运行,减少非计划停车。
針對閤成氨兩檯渣油氣化爐共用一套氧氣放空調節繫統,單爐跳車氧氣繫統壓力控製難度大的特點,利用日本橫河電機公司CS3000 R3集散控製繫統,對單爐跳車情況下的氧氣放空進行前饋控製,穩定氧氣繫統壓力,確保另一檯氣化爐安全穩定運行,減少非計劃停車。

Aiming at the fact that in a synthetic ammonia plant , two residual oil gasifiers share an oxygen-ven-ting regulation system and the pressure control of oxygen system becomes difficult in a miss -operation single furnace, the Yokogawa CS3000 R3 DCS was employed to complete feed-forward control so as to stabilize the oxygen pressure and to ensure both safe and stable operation of the another gasifier , as well as to reduce any non-planned shutdown .
