目的:系统评价5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)与常规物理疗法治疗尿道尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及安全性。方法:通过计算机检索系统检索有关ALA-PDT与物理疗法(CO2激光、冷冻、电灼)治疗尿道尖锐湿疣疗效的公开发表文献,并行Meta分析。结果:Meta分析显示ALA-PDT较常规物理疗法能明显降低尿道尖锐湿疣复发率,ALA-PDT与CO2激光、冷冻、电灼比较相对危险度(RR)分别为0.22,0.24,0.26;能降低治疗后不良反应发生率,ALA-PDT与CO2激光、电灼比较RR分别为0.30,0.12;但疣体清除率不如CO2激光、电灼, RR分别为0.97,0.95。结论:ALA-PDT可有效防止尿道尖锐湿疣复发并具有较好的安全性,但清除率不如物理疗法。

목적:계통평개5-안기동무산광동력요법(ALA-PDT)여상규물리요법치료뇨도첨예습우적림상료효급안전성。방법:통과계산궤검색계통검색유관ALA-PDT여물리요법(CO2격광、냉동、전작)치료뇨도첨예습우료효적공개발표문헌,병행Meta분석。결과:Meta분석현시ALA-PDT교상규물리요법능명현강저뇨도첨예습우복발솔,ALA-PDT여CO2격광、냉동、전작비교상대위험도(RR)분별위0.22,0.24,0.26;능강저치료후불량반응발생솔,ALA-PDT여CO2격광、전작비교RR분별위0.30,0.12;단우체청제솔불여CO2격광、전작, RR분별위0.97,0.95。결론:ALA-PDT가유효방지뇨도첨예습우복발병구유교호적안전성,단청제솔불여물리요법。
To determine whether 5-amino-ketovaleric acid photodynamic(ALA-PDT) and physical therapy was an effective strategy in the treatment of patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA). Methods: Clinical literature about ALA-PDT and physical therapy (CO2 laser , liquid nitrogen freezing , electrocautery) were reviewed and identified for meta-analysis . Results: the meta-analysis showed ALA-PDT could lower the recurrence rate and adverse reaction of CA , Significant differences were found between ALA-PDT group and physical therapy group . Conclusion: ALA-PDT can decrease the recurrence rate of CA and improve the effect of patients with CA , but have a lower cure rate than physical therapy .
