通常情况冷却水泵的设计是按最大负荷设计,而实际运行中大多为定流量运行,冷却水普遍存在“大流量、小温差”的问题,造成能源的浪费。以某已建大厦中央空调水系统节能改造项目为例,对空调水系统现状进行了调查分析。分析研究表明,采用变频控制的冷却水系统具有很大的节能空间。针对该大厦实际能耗状况及存在的问题,结合分析结果,对该已建大厦的空调水系统提出了节能改造方案。模拟运行表明,系统可达到节能降耗的目的。

The usual cooling water pump is desiged according to the biggest load, but actually it op-erates mostly for the steady flow quantity. The“large water flow and small temperature difference” of cool-ing water creates the energy waste. The air conditioning system is investigated for an energy-saving retrofitting project of the central air conditioning water system in an existed building. The cooling water system adopting frequency conversion control has great energy saving capacity. In view of the energy con-sumption status and existing problems of the building, combining with the analysis result, the energy-sav-ing retrofitting scheme is proposed for the air conditioning system. Simulating operation shows the system will achieve energy efficiency and consumption reduction.
