通过西安市1幢既有高层住宅建立几何模型,以西安地区的自然气候条件为基础,运用CFD软件模拟外墙外表面的对流换热系数情况。研究结果表明风速对高层建筑对流换热系数影响很大,并成正比例关系;建筑高度对对流换热系数也有一定影响,主要表现在迎风面上成正比,背风面上无明显影响;风向投射角也会影响高层建筑表面的对流换热系数,在迎风面上随着夹角的变大对流换热系数也变大,对背风面无太大影响。
通過西安市1幢既有高層住宅建立幾何模型,以西安地區的自然氣候條件為基礎,運用CFD軟件模擬外牆外錶麵的對流換熱繫數情況。研究結果錶明風速對高層建築對流換熱繫數影響很大,併成正比例關繫;建築高度對對流換熱繫數也有一定影響,主要錶現在迎風麵上成正比,揹風麵上無明顯影響;風嚮投射角也會影響高層建築錶麵的對流換熱繫數,在迎風麵上隨著夾角的變大對流換熱繫數也變大,對揹風麵無太大影響。

Based on Xi'an natural climatic conditions, the Xi'an geometric model is built by an exist-ing high-rise residential. The convective heat transfer coefficient of exterior surface is simulated with CFD software. The results show that the influence of wind speed on the convective heat transfer coefficient of high-rise building is great and proportional; building height also have some impact on the convective heat transfer coefficient, mainly in proportion to the windward side, and no significant effect to the leeward side;the wind projection angle will also affect the surface convective heat transfer coefficient of high-rise build-ings, the convective heat transfer coefficient becomes larger as the windward side angle is larger, without much impact on the leeward side.
