线损率是衡量一个区域电网技术经济性的重要指标。建立了基于数字通信网络的用电信息采集系统来实现线损的四分管理。对线损电量的组成分类、线损率、线损管理流程进行了阐述,以某供电公司为研究对象,对比其理论线损量和统计线损量,给出了区域电网管理降损的措施,以供电网线损四分统计管理参考。

Line loss rate is an important index for the regional network technology economy. The electricity information acquisition system was established based on digital communication network to realize the four-point management of line loss. This paper expound-ed the classiifcation of line loss electric quantity, line loss rate and line loss management process. Certain power supply company was taken as the research object and the theoretical line loss was compared with the statistical line loss. The regional power grid manage-ment loss reduction measures were given to provide references for four-point statistic management of power grid line loss.
