以抗疫白(Kennebec)为供试材料,设计6个氮肥梯度,通过田间小区试验,研究不同施氮量对马铃薯产量及产量构成因子的影响,测定植株叶柄硝态氮含量,植株和叶片含氮量,建立氮素营养诊断体系。结果表明,马铃薯单株块茎数和大薯率均随施氮量增加先增加后降低,N150处理下产量最高。对施氮量和马铃薯产量进行拟合二次函数方程,预测出Kennebec当施肥量达到154.8 kg·hm-2时产量达最大值47.5 t·hm-2。马铃薯叶柄硝态氮含量与植株氮含量、叶片全氮含量和叶绿素含量相关性达到显著相关。叶柄硝态氮含量临界值与出苗后天数的拟合方程为y=-0.0203x+2.4193,R2=0.9906,说明利用叶柄硝态氮含量临界值衡量马铃薯氮素营养供应状况可行。

Kennebec was taken as the test material, the design of six nitrogen rates, using field plot test, studying the effects of different nitrogen rate fertilizer on potato yield and yield component factors, and determining the nitrate content of petiole, nitrogen content of plant and leaf, and established the system of nitrogen nutrition diagnosis. The results showed that potato tuber number per plant and ratio of big tuber were changed with the increase of nitrogen showed the first increase and then decrease, the treatment of N150 was the highest. The two equations were fitted to nitrogen application rate and yield of potato, forecasting Kennebe yield reaches a maximum value of 47.5 t·hm-2 when the amount of fertilizer was 154.8 kg·hm-2. Correlation between total nitrogen content and chlorophyl content of potato petiole nitrate nitrogen content and nitrogen content, leaf reached significant correlation. The critical value of nitrate nitrogen content and post emergence fitting equation of y=-0.0203x+2.4193, R2=0.9906, indicating the use of nitrate nitrogen content in petiole critical value measure of nutritional supply of nitrogen on potato is feasible.
