旋挖钻机作为一种高效新型的成孔设备在桩基础施工中逐渐得到广泛应用。虽然旋挖钻机较传统的成孔设备有较多优点,但仍会出现孔壁坍塌、钻头掉落及桩端沉渣过厚等技术问题。该文通过对旋挖钻机成孔过程中存在的施工质量问题进行分析,并提出了一些质量控制措施。
鏇挖鑽機作為一種高效新型的成孔設備在樁基礎施工中逐漸得到廣汎應用。雖然鏇挖鑽機較傳統的成孔設備有較多優點,但仍會齣現孔壁坍塌、鑽頭掉落及樁耑沉渣過厚等技術問題。該文通過對鏇挖鑽機成孔過程中存在的施工質量問題進行分析,併提齣瞭一些質量控製措施。

With the continuous expansion of construction scale in Chongqing, rotary drilling rig, a highly efficient device for hole-forming in pile founda-tion construction, has been widely used gradually. Although rotary drilling rig is better than traditional device in hole-forming, it still has technological problems like hole wall collapse, drill fall and sediment thickness in construction process. The existing quality problems in construction process of rotary drilling rig is analyzed with some quality control measures presented.
