既有圆梁山隧道2号充填溶洞施工发生多次涌水涌泥,对工程建设造成极大影响;新圆梁山隧道位于既有隧道右侧30m,为既有平导扩挖。为了降低施工风险,施工时需对围岩进行预支护,通过几种工法对比分析,最终确定采用水平旋喷法对掌子面进行加固,确保安全。

The frequent water and mud gushing during the No.2 karst cave filling construction of Yuanliang Tunnel has great impact on construction of the project. The new tunnel is located at the right side of the old tunnel, 30 meters' distance, expanded from excavation. To lower construction risk, the surrounding rock should be supported during construction. Through comparison among several construction methods, horizontal rotary grouting is adopted to reinforce face for security.
