大数据时代，高校计算机教学及管理平台的规模越来越大，信息的扁平化程度越来越高，原有的教学管理模式弊端日益凸显。在介绍计算机虚拟桌面技术的基础上，结合高校计算机教学及管理的实践，重点研究计算机虚拟桌面技术在计算机教学和管理平台的应用原理和实现路径。实践研究结果表明：计算机虚拟桌面技术在计算机教学及管理中的实现路径运行有效，对提升教学管理水平有现实意义。

In the age of big data,with the scale of computer teaching and management platform in colleges becoming larger and the degree of flattened information deepening,the defects of former teaching management model emerge.This paper focuses on the study of the applicable principles and the application way of desktop virtualization technology in computer teaching and management on the basis of introducing desktop virtualization technology and combining practical experience of computer teaching and management in colleges.It has been found that desktop virtualization technology is effec-tive in applying computer teaching and management,and has important practical significance in im-proving teaching management level.
