采用灰色聚类理论，根据混合动力汽车实际运行状态建立指标体系，根据各聚类指标的状态划分，利用白化函数将各聚类指标白化、量化，并根据各聚类指标的重要度给出其权重；用得到的各聚类指标的量化值和权重进行聚类，给出发动机所属的状态。研究结果表明：评估状态与试验结论一致。该方法对发动机的状态评估是合理、有效的，对发动机的维修计划有一定的指导意义。

The theory of gray clustering was adopted to construct the system of index.Each clustering index was whitened and quantified according to the partition of condition of each index and the weight was given in the light of the significance of each clustering index.The condition of engine was distin-guished by the light of the significance of each clustering index.And the result is identical with the experiment.The research indicates that the method is objective,fitting for the condition assessment of the hybrid vehicle’s engine,which has certain guiding significance to the engine repair program.
