目的：总结临床科室医护人员对糖尿病肠内营养患者血糖管理的认知程度。方法针对临床医护人员发放糖尿病肠内营养相关知识调查问卷270份，调查对糖尿病肠内营养患者血糖管理的认知情况。结果临床科室医护人员对“糖尿病适用型”肠内营养制剂的使用、肠内营养泵的正确使用、肠内营养过程中的血糖监测以及肠内营养液输注速度与血糖波动的认知程度存在不同程度欠缺。结论临床科室医护人员对糖尿病肠内营养的认知和相关行为状况仍有待不断改善。
目的：總結臨床科室醫護人員對糖尿病腸內營養患者血糖管理的認知程度。方法針對臨床醫護人員髮放糖尿病腸內營養相關知識調查問捲270份，調查對糖尿病腸內營養患者血糖管理的認知情況。結果臨床科室醫護人員對“糖尿病適用型”腸內營養製劑的使用、腸內營養泵的正確使用、腸內營養過程中的血糖鑑測以及腸內營養液輸註速度與血糖波動的認知程度存在不同程度欠缺。結論臨床科室醫護人員對糖尿病腸內營養的認知和相關行為狀況仍有待不斷改善。
목적：총결림상과실의호인원대당뇨병장내영양환자혈당관리적인지정도。방법침대림상의호인원발방당뇨병장내영양상관지식조사문권270빈，조사대당뇨병장내영양환자혈당관리적인지정황。결과림상과실의호인원대“당뇨병괄용형”장내영양제제적사용、장내영양빙적정학사용、장내영양과정중적혈당감측이급장내영양액수주속도여혈당파동적인지정도존재불동정도흠결。결론림상과실의호인원대당뇨병장내영양적인지화상관행위상황잉유대불단개선。
Objective To investigate the awareness of blood glucose management of diabetics with enteral nutrition, in clinical medical staff. Methods According to the reference guideline, we designed the questionnaire about the knowl-edge of diabetics patients with enteral nutrition. 270 questionnaires were sent to clinical medical staff. Results Clini-cal medical staff's knowledge about the appropriate use of enteral nutrition enteral nutrition pump for diabetes mellitus patients, monitoring the blood glucose levels during the enteral nutrition period, the infusion speed of enteral nutrition and fluctuations of blood glucose levels was not as good as expected. Conclusion The awareness and management of diabet-ics patients with enteral nutrition of clinical medical staff should be improved.
