Taking “building the best-service humanistic hospital” as a vision, along the humanistic concept, the Affiliated Drum Tower Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School put the new south extended building into use in 2012. The hospital service has become humanized, modernized and intelligentized. The delicacy and human - orientated management has been achieved. The hospital environment has been improved and the service process has been optimized. The working efficiency has been increased with staff working demand satisfied. The satisfaction degree of the hospital has been consecutively increased. The new hospital building has been widely approved by the patients and the international society, and has obtained apparent effect.
