目的：调查研究县级中医医院单病种付费的实施效果与影响，加强单病种付费工作的监控管理。方法：主要通过问卷调查及专家访谈、座谈等方式收集资料、分析数据。结果：县级中医医院实施单病种付费在规范医疗行为、限制医疗费用增长等方面具有明显效果，但存在一些问题。结论：要结合中医医院发展实际及单病种付费实施中出现的问题，加强临床路径和单病种付费管理，提升单病种付费的管理水平。
목적：조사연구현급중의의원단병충부비적실시효과여영향，가강단병충부비공작적감공관리。방법：주요통과문권조사급전가방담、좌담등방식수집자료、분석수거。결과：현급중의의원실시단병충부비재규범의료행위、한제의료비용증장등방면구유명현효과，단존재일사문제。결론：요결합중의의원발전실제급단병충부비실시중출현적문제，가강림상로경화단병충부비관리，제승단병충부비적관리수평。
Objectives: To learn effectiveness and influence of single-disease payment in country-level hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and to strengthen single disease payment management. Methods: Data were collected by questionnaire, expert interview. Results: The application of single-disease payment has exerted influence in regulating medical behavior, controlling the rising medical expense, but there are some problems. Conclusion: According to the practice of country-level hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and the influence of the single-disease payment, it is necessary to strengthening the management of single-disease payment.
