为了对医院主要业务的关键环节中医务人员执行标准情况进行全面监测，解放军总医院在标准化建设中建立了医院标准运行网络化考核监测系统，包括核心指标、患者服务、医疗保障、医疗管理4个部分、20个模块，其数据来源于HIS、ERP等业务系统，具有查询、预警、结果展示的功能，能够对医院核心运行指标进行实时展现和综合评价，从而实现对医务人员执行标准的科学管理，达到提高医疗质量，保证患者安全，提升医院运行效率和效益的目的。

In order to monitor medical staff's behavior on implement hospital standardization in the key steps in medical treatment, the General Hospital of PLA develop Information System for Standardization Assessment and Monitoring (ISSAM), which consists of 4 parts, named core indicators, patient service, medical support and medical management and 20 modules is designed. The data are from business information systems such as HIS, ERP, et al. ISSAM can provide search, alerting and display services for implementation of standardization to hospital managers, and automatically assessment of the outcome of hospital core indicators, so that medical staff’s behavior following the standardization can be controlled, medical service quality and patient safety can be assured, and efficiency and benefit can be improved.
