当前，我国的生物技术制药领域具有自主创新能力的复合型专业人才紧缺，高等教育要以市场需求为导向培养研究型学生。传统教学形式已不能满足研究型人才的培养需求，笔者所在单位借助国家免疫生物制品工程技术研究中心的科研平台，在《生物技术制药》课程实施教学及考核两大环节的教学改革，获得了一些教学心得，力争能开辟出一条适合现代生物技术制药课程的研究型教学改革之路。

At present ,there is a shortage of the compound type talents with independent innovation abili-ties in China's biotech pharmaceutical .Market demand should be emphasized as the guidance of the train-ing of research students in higher education .The traditional teaching form has been unable to meet the de-mand of the research talents .With the platform of T he National Engineering Research Center of Immuno-logical Products ,we have obtained some teaching experiences in the teaching reform of Biotechnological Pharmacy course and evaluation ,and we have striven to create a suitable road for the modern research teaching reform on biotechnology pharmaceutical course .
