目的：了解维吾尔族育龄妇女对避孕知识的需求及意愿，以便医务人员根据患者的情况开展健康教育，提高患者的自我保健意识。方法随机选择在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院妇产科门诊就诊的维吾尔族育龄妇女217例，年龄18～42岁，首先采用调查问卷的方式对避孕意愿和知识需求进行调查，然后通过现场发放相关知识的宣传材料和视频的方式实施干预，干预后6个月内随访其相关知识认知的改变情况。结果维吾尔族育龄妇女对避孕知识的了解和掌握程度参差不齐，有些甚至是错误的信息，缺乏自我健康保健的相关知识。通过干预，相关知识的认知程度得到明显的提高。结论通过开展发放宣传册以及提供咨询等方式的综合生殖健康教育服务，可提高避孕知识的认知。

Objective To investigate contraceptive intention and needs for contraceptive knowledge in Uy-ghur women and to evaluate the effect of the intervention.Methods 217 childbearing Uyghur women were randomly selected at obstetrics and gynecology clinic in our hospital,the questionnaire about needs of knowledge of contraception was conducted,The intervention contents included educational propaganda,in-formed training,technical service and periodic visit.The effect of intervention was analyzed and data were processed with statistical analysis.Results Before the intervention,patients had little knowledge about contraception.After intervention the cognition and understanding of contraception knowledge were im-proved obviously as compared with that before intervention.Conclusion Intervention measure is effective. More attention should be paid to strengthen the spreading of contraception knowledge.
