目的:了解内蒙古自治区人民医院2011-2012年临床分离的细菌多重耐药菌的情况。方法采用法国梅里埃 VITEK2/Compect 全自动细菌培养鉴定仪,进行细菌鉴定及药物敏感试验,药敏结果以 CLSI2010版标准进行判读。结果2011年多重耐药菌/泛耐药菌的铜绿假单胞菌(MDR/PDR-PA)检出率为15.7%,2012年为3.1%,检出率呈下降趋势,但两者差异无统计学意义。2011年多重耐药菌/泛耐药菌的鲍曼不动杆菌(MDR/PDR-AB)检出率为32.3%,2012年检出率为16.9%,检出率略有下降但差异无统计学意义。而2011年产超广谱β-内酰胺酶细菌(ESBLs)检出率为27.1%,2012年为64.8%,检出率差异有统计学意义。2011年耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)检出率64.9%,2012年为69%,差异虽无统计学意义,但仍呈现了高态势 MRSA 的检出率。耐万古霉素金黄色葡萄球菌(VRSA)未检出。结论2012年 MDR/PDR-PA、MDR/PDR-AB 检出率较2011年有下降趋势。ESBLs 检出率呈较明显的上升趋势,而 MRSA 检出率呈较高的态势,VRSA 未检出。

목적:료해내몽고자치구인민의원2011-2012년림상분리적세균다중내약균적정황。방법채용법국매리애 VITEK2/Compect 전자동세균배양감정의,진행세균감정급약물민감시험,약민결과이 CLSI2010판표준진행판독。결과2011년다중내약균/범내약균적동록가단포균(MDR/PDR-PA)검출솔위15.7%,2012년위3.1%,검출솔정하강추세,단량자차이무통계학의의。2011년다중내약균/범내약균적포만불동간균(MDR/PDR-AB)검출솔위32.3%,2012년검출솔위16.9%,검출솔략유하강단차이무통계학의의。이2011년산초엄보β-내선알매세균(ESBLs)검출솔위27.1%,2012년위64.8%,검출솔차이유통계학의의。2011년내갑양서림금황색포도구균(MRSA)검출솔64.9%,2012년위69%,차이수무통계학의의,단잉정현료고태세 MRSA 적검출솔。내만고매소금황색포도구균(VRSA)미검출。결론2012년 MDR/PDR-PA、MDR/PDR-AB 검출솔교2011년유하강추세。ESBLs 검출솔정교명현적상승추세,이 MRSA 검출솔정교고적태세,VRSA 미검출。
Objective To understand situation of Multidrug-Resistant Organism (MDRO)clinical isolated bacteria from our hospital in the past two years.Methods French merry Emmanuel VITEK2/ Compect automatic bacteria identification instrument was used and judged by standard of CLSI2010Version.Results The detection rate of multi-drug resistant bacteria/pan resistant bacteria of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (MDR/PDR-PA)was 15.7% in 2011,and 3.1% in 2012.The ratio showed downward trend,with no sta-tistical significance.The detection rate of MDR/PDR of Acinetobacter baumannii (MDR/PDR-AB)was 32.3% in 2011,and 16.9% in 2012 .The ratio declined slightly.with no statistical significance.The detec-tion rate of ESBLs was 27.1% in 2011,64.8% in 2012.The difference of detection rate was statistically significant .The detection rate of Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)was 64.9%,and was 69.0% in 2012.Although the rate had not difference between 2011 and 2012 ,and there was a high de-tection rate of MRSA .Vancomycin resistant Saphylococcus aureus was not detected.Conclusion MDR/PDR-PA and MDR/PDR-AB were decreased in 2012 compared with the condition of 2011.ESBLs was in-creased significantly but MRSA has been presented a higher level all the time.VRSA was not detected for the past two years.
