Brassica rapa L.%total flavonoids%anti-aging%D-galactose
目的:探讨维药恰麻古总黄酮对 D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠氧自由基代谢的影响及其抗衰老作用。方法随机将小鼠分成5组:正常组、模型组、维生素 E 组及恰麻古总黄酮高、低剂量给药组,除正常组外,其余4组每日上午均颈背部皮下注射 D-半乳糖150 mg/kg,造模同时,高、低剂量给药组分别灌服恰麻古总黄酮90、30 mg/kg,正常组和模型组灌服等容积的生理盐水,采用建立的 D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老小鼠模型,同时连续灌服恰麻古黄酮55 d。测定小鼠血清、肝脏和脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GSH-PX)活性、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果恰麻古总黄酮可显著提高 D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠血清、脑和肝脏组织中 SOD、GSH-PX 活力,降低 MDA 含量,与衰老模型组相比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论恰麻古总黄酮可通过增强机体清除氧自由基能力,提高抗氧化酶活性而发挥抗衰老作用。
目的:探討維藥恰痳古總黃酮對 D-半乳糖緻衰老模型小鼠氧自由基代謝的影響及其抗衰老作用。方法隨機將小鼠分成5組:正常組、模型組、維生素 E 組及恰痳古總黃酮高、低劑量給藥組,除正常組外,其餘4組每日上午均頸揹部皮下註射 D-半乳糖150 mg/kg,造模同時,高、低劑量給藥組分彆灌服恰痳古總黃酮90、30 mg/kg,正常組和模型組灌服等容積的生理鹽水,採用建立的 D-半乳糖緻亞急性衰老小鼠模型,同時連續灌服恰痳古黃酮55 d。測定小鼠血清、肝髒和腦組織中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、穀胱甘肽還原酶(GSH-PX)活性、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。結果恰痳古總黃酮可顯著提高 D-半乳糖所緻衰老小鼠血清、腦和肝髒組織中 SOD、GSH-PX 活力,降低 MDA 含量,與衰老模型組相比差異有統計學意義(P <0.05)。結論恰痳古總黃酮可通過增彊機體清除氧自由基能力,提高抗氧化酶活性而髮揮抗衰老作用。
목적:탐토유약흡마고총황동대 D-반유당치쇠로모형소서양자유기대사적영향급기항쇠로작용。방법수궤장소서분성5조:정상조、모형조、유생소 E 조급흡마고총황동고、저제량급약조,제정상조외,기여4조매일상오균경배부피하주사 D-반유당150 mg/kg,조모동시,고、저제량급약조분별관복흡마고총황동90、30 mg/kg,정상조화모형조관복등용적적생리염수,채용건립적 D-반유당치아급성쇠로소서모형,동시련속관복흡마고황동55 d。측정소서혈청、간장화뇌조직중초양화물기화매(SOD)、곡광감태환원매(GSH-PX)활성、병이철(MDA)적함량。결과흡마고총황동가현저제고 D-반유당소치쇠로소서혈청、뇌화간장조직중 SOD、GSH-PX 활력,강저 MDA 함량,여쇠로모형조상비차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론흡마고총황동가통과증강궤체청제양자유기능력,제고항양화매활성이발휘항쇠로작용。
Objective To investigate the effect of total flavonoids extract ofBrassica rapa L.on metabolism of oxygen free radicals in D-Galactose-induced aging mice.Methods The mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:normal group,model group,vitamin E group,high total flavonoids Magu and low dosage group.Except the normal group,the other 4 groups were daily morning neck back subcutaneous injection of D-galactose 150 mg/kg,model at the same time,high,low dose group were intragastrically just total flavonoids Magu 90,30 mg/kg,normal saline group and model group were administrated by volume.Sub-acute aging model in mice was established by D-galactose,while continuous irrigation taking just Brassica rapa L.flavonoids in 55 days and activities of SOD and GSH-PX,contents of MDA in the serum,brain, and liver of senile mice were detected.Results Total flavonoids extract of Brassica rapa L.markedly in-creased the activities of SOD and GSH-PX,significantly decreased contents of MDA in the serum,brain, and liver of aging mice.Conclusion Total flavonoids extract of Brassica rapa L.might have anti-aging effect,which is implemented by eliminating oxygen free radicals and rising activities of antioxidases.
