采用文献法、访谈法、比较分析法、逻辑分析法，对20世纪中国体育电影文化的发展和影响进行历史性的回顾，分析探讨中国体育电影在进入21世纪后所面临的社会背景与文化价值的转变，同时针对新世纪的社会发展环境，找出目前制约中国体育电影文化发展的问题及因素，并为中国体育电影文化的繁荣发展提出相应建议。

Through using the method of literature review , interview, comparative analysis and logical analysis , this paper makes historical review on the development and influence of Chinese sports film culture in the 20th century, explores the Chinese sports film facing the transition of the social background and cultural value after entering the 21st century, according to the social development of the new century environment , finds out problems and factors restricting Chinese sports film culture development , and puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the prosperous development of Chinese sports film culture .
