目的：调查广州市中学体育教师继续教育现状，摸清体育教师在教学、训练与科研工作中最迫切需要提高知识和能力，进而在体育高师院校开展有针对性的继续教育课程。通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等，对广州市的10个区的教育部门工作的干部、学校的领导和体育教师进行了调查，并对多位高校体育教育专家进行访谈，对采集的数据进行数理统计与分析。结果显示：体育教师男女性别失衡，高级职称偏少，年龄结构比较合理；急需提高中学体育教师转变教育思想，迫切需要提高体育教育在中学的地位，引起领导的重视，增加继续教育经费等，促使中学体育教师提高水平和能力。建议与对策：提出深化认识、转变思想观念，增加和拓宽经费、编著教材和拓展培训形式的对策。

목적：조사엄주시중학체육교사계속교육현상，모청체육교사재교학、훈련여과연공작중최박절수요제고지식화능력，진이재체육고사원교개전유침대성적계속교육과정。통과문헌자료법、문권조사법、전가방담법、수리통계법등，대엄주시적10개구적교육부문공작적간부、학교적령도화체육교사진행료조사，병대다위고교체육교육전가진행방담，대채집적수거진행수리통계여분석。결과현시：체육교사남녀성별실형，고급직칭편소，년령결구비교합리；급수제고중학체육교사전변교육사상，박절수요제고체육교육재중학적지위，인기령도적중시，증가계속교육경비등，촉사중학체육교사제고수평화능력。건의여대책：제출심화인식、전변사상관념，증가화탁관경비、편저교재화탁전배훈형식적대책。
To survey the present situation of Guangzhou middle school physical education teacher continuing education , find out the physical education teachers in the teaching , training and scientific research work in most urgent need to improve the knowledge and ability , and in the physical education in Higher Normal Institutions targeted continuing education courses .Method: Through using the method of literature review , questionnaire , expert interview , mathematical statistics and so on , the 10 districts of Guangzhou City Department of education work of the cadres , school leaders and teachers were investigated , and a number of college physical education interviews with experts , the collection of data for statistics and analysis .Results:The results showed that physical education teachers gender imbalance , senior slants little , age structure more reasonable; we need urgently to enhance the middle school physical education teachers to change the concept of education , there is an urgent need to improve physical education in the secondary position , cause the leader's attention, increase the continuing education fund , to improve the level and ability of physical education teachers in middle schools . Suggestions and Countermeasures: it puts forward to deepen understanding , change idea, increase and widen funds, edited teaching materials and training to expand the countermeasure of form .
