利用当前航空企业的信息化环境,建立 Windchill 与 CATIA 之间的构型管理协同研制平台。在此平台上,把设计生成的产品 EBOM 通过 LCA 交互到 Windchill 环境下,实施产品构型管理的各个业务流程。通过对产品结构进行构型标识,构型信息的完善和构型项的划分,生成以构型项为主的构型结构树(CIBOM)。通过协同研制平台启动实施构型的更改管理和控制,并对构型的原始状态和构型的更改状态进行详细的记录和跟踪,以生产实践中产品的生产和装配来验证构型信息的一致性和规范性,在此环境下实现构型管理的各个业务流程的循环,最终实现无纸化构型管理。

The collaborative research platform of configuration management between Windchill and CATIA is connected under the information environment of current Aviation corporations. On the basis of the plat-form,the products EBOM designed are interaction of Windchill in order to implement the various business processes of configuration management. Through configuration identification,configuration information to improve and the division of configuration items for the product structure,there generate configuration struc-ture tree(CIBOM)based on configuration item,then CIBOM. To perfect the configuration information in the platform,we need to start the implementation of configuration change management and control,and record and track the configuration of the original state and configuration change state,during the produce practical production and assembly to verify the consistency and normative configuration information,ultimately each business process of the configuration management cycle achieves in this environment,in order to realize pa-perless configuration mangement requirement.
