对挤压态 Mg -8Er 合金在再结晶热处理过程中组织、织构的演变以及相应的力学行为进行了系统表征,在此基础上分析了塑性变形机理。结果表明,挤压态 Mg -8Er 合金在500℃条件下退火时,随着保温时间的延长,再结晶组织的逐渐形成,织构出现明显的随机化,织构强度也显著弱化,合金的室温塑性也随之提高。热处理态 Mg -8Er 合金的塑性大小主要取决于再结晶程度的大小。再结晶程度高的合金织构也更加随机化,从而获得高塑性。
對擠壓態 Mg -8Er 閤金在再結晶熱處理過程中組織、織構的縯變以及相應的力學行為進行瞭繫統錶徵,在此基礎上分析瞭塑性變形機理。結果錶明,擠壓態 Mg -8Er 閤金在500℃條件下退火時,隨著保溫時間的延長,再結晶組織的逐漸形成,織構齣現明顯的隨機化,織構彊度也顯著弱化,閤金的室溫塑性也隨之提高。熱處理態 Mg -8Er 閤金的塑性大小主要取決于再結晶程度的大小。再結晶程度高的閤金織構也更加隨機化,從而穫得高塑性。
대제압태 Mg -8Er 합금재재결정열처리과정중조직、직구적연변이급상응적역학행위진행료계통표정,재차기출상분석료소성변형궤리。결과표명,제압태 Mg -8Er 합금재500℃조건하퇴화시,수착보온시간적연장,재결정조직적축점형성,직구출현명현적수궤화,직구강도야현저약화,합금적실온소성야수지제고。열처리태 Mg -8Er 합금적소성대소주요취결우재결정정도적대소。재결정정도고적합금직구야경가수궤화,종이획득고소성。
In this paper,the evolution of microstructure,texture and the corresponding mechanical behaviors of extruded Mg-8 Er alloy are investigated systematically during recrystallized heat treatment. It is found that at 500 ℃,with the increase of the annealing time,the deformed microstructure becomes more recrystallized. Corresponding to the increase of recrystallized microstructure,the plastic elongations are also enhanced. The improvement of plasticity is mainly originated from the progress of recrystallized microstructure and the asso-ciated randomization and weakness of the texture.
