锦东电厂#1机组调试过程中,调速器控制部分监测油压远低于油压装置压力罐压力值,导致在机组空载扰动试验过程中,给予控制部分向下扰动量后,在A套比例伺服阀主用工况下,机组导叶快速关闭,不能实现扰动量自动调整。本文对该问题的分析及处理过程进行了简要介绍,供参考。
錦東電廠#1機組調試過程中,調速器控製部分鑑測油壓遠低于油壓裝置壓力罐壓力值,導緻在機組空載擾動試驗過程中,給予控製部分嚮下擾動量後,在A套比例伺服閥主用工況下,機組導葉快速關閉,不能實現擾動量自動調整。本文對該問題的分析及處理過程進行瞭簡要介紹,供參攷。

In JinPingⅡHydro Power Plant Unit #1 commissioning process, the oil pressure of governor control section is much lower than the hydraulic device pressure tank,It cause that in the process of unit #1 load disturbance test, When give control section down disturbance in the A sets of proportional servo valve main use conditions, the turbine quickly turn off the guide vanes, can not be achieved automatical y adjust the amount of disturbance. This paper analyzes the problem and solve process briefly described, for reference.
