研究了烟草提取固形物料含水率对高浓制浆工艺稳定性及纤维分级分布的影响。结果表明:随烟草提取固形物料水分(P值)上升,各级磨浆电流下降,高浓浆料的打浆度上升,纤维湿重下降;烟草固形物料来料含水率为81.24%(P=42.83)时,制浆工艺稳定性较好,浆料均匀度较好,高浓第四级浆料14~48目纤维所占比例为39.23%,可用于抄造的长纤维最多。
研究瞭煙草提取固形物料含水率對高濃製漿工藝穩定性及纖維分級分佈的影響。結果錶明:隨煙草提取固形物料水分(P值)上升,各級磨漿電流下降,高濃漿料的打漿度上升,纖維濕重下降;煙草固形物料來料含水率為81.24%(P=42.83)時,製漿工藝穩定性較好,漿料均勻度較好,高濃第四級漿料14~48目纖維所佔比例為39.23%,可用于抄造的長纖維最多。
연구료연초제취고형물료함수솔대고농제장공예은정성급섬유분급분포적영향。결과표명:수연초제취고형물료수분(P치)상승,각급마장전류하강,고농장료적타장도상승,섬유습중하강;연초고형물료래료함수솔위81.24%(P=42.83)시,제장공예은정성교호,장료균균도교호,고농제사급장료14~48목섬유소점비례위39.23%,가용우초조적장섬유최다。
The effects of moisture content of tobacco solid material on stability of high consistency pulping and the distribution of pulp fiber fractionation were studied. It found that the reifning current and the ifber wet weight decrease with the increase of moisture content of tobacco material (P value), the beating degree of pulp increase with the increase of moisture content of tobacco material(P value). Under the moisture content of tobacco material is 81.24% (P value is 42.83), the stability of high consistency pulping is better than other conditions, the pulp having good uniformity, ifber proportion of 14~48 mesh in fourth stage high consistency pulp of is 39.23%, the long ifber content for papermaking is the most.
