目的：探讨中医药防治2型糖尿病的用药特点及组方规律。方法：在 CNKI、VIP 数据库检索中医药防治2型糖尿病的文献，建立中药及方剂文献数据库，采用频次研究的方法对用药特点及组方规律进行分析。结果：①出现频率最高的单味药是黄芪、山药、丹参、生地黄，药类以补虚药、清热药、活血化瘀药出现频次最高。②防治2型糖尿病方剂应用频次最高的为六味地黄汤，其次为左归丸和消渴方。结论：中医药防治2型糖尿病用药规律研究，为临床选择防治2型糖尿病最佳药物及组方提供了依据。
목적：탐토중의약방치2형당뇨병적용약특점급조방규률。방법：재 CNKI、VIP 수거고검색중의약방치2형당뇨병적문헌，건립중약급방제문헌수거고，채용빈차연구적방법대용약특점급조방규률진행분석。결과：①출현빈솔최고적단미약시황기、산약、단삼、생지황，약류이보허약、청열약、활혈화어약출현빈차최고。②방치2형당뇨병방제응용빈차최고적위륙미지황탕，기차위좌귀환화소갈방。결론：중의약방치2형당뇨병용약규률연구，위림상선택방치2형당뇨병최가약물급조방제공료의거。
Objective To analyze the characteristics and law that type 2 diabetes mellitus treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods Searching literatures that type 2 diabetes mellitus treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine in CNKI and VIP database,estab-lishing Chinese medicines and prescriptions literature database,then analyzing the characteristics and law by frequency analysis meth-od.Results ①The highest Application frequency of Chinese herbs is Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Radix Rehmanniae pertaining to tonify deficiency medicine herbs,clear heat herbs and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis herbs.②The commonly used formula is Liuwei dihuang decoction,followed by Zuogui decoction and Xiaoke decoction for type 2 diabetes mellitus.Conclusion This research provides basis for choosing the most effective Chinese herbals and formulas for type 2 dia-betes mellitus in clinic.
