分析了不同极槽配合和绕组层数电机最低阶径向力波的阶数和来源,并针对槽数相同极数不同电机的最低阶径向力波的幅值进行了比较,通过结构有限元分析了不同极槽配合下外转子壳体的振动,最后总结了不同极槽配合电机最低阶径向力波的阶数,得出力波阶数小的极槽配合会引起大的振动,而且对于相同槽数的电机,极对数大的电机的振动也更大。
分析瞭不同極槽配閤和繞組層數電機最低階徑嚮力波的階數和來源,併針對槽數相同極數不同電機的最低階徑嚮力波的幅值進行瞭比較,通過結構有限元分析瞭不同極槽配閤下外轉子殼體的振動,最後總結瞭不同極槽配閤電機最低階徑嚮力波的階數,得齣力波階數小的極槽配閤會引起大的振動,而且對于相同槽數的電機,極對數大的電機的振動也更大。

The lowest order and origin of radial electromagnetic force were analyzed in electric machines with different slot-pole combinations and winding layers.The amplitudes of lowest order component of radial electromagnetic force in machines with the same number of slots but different number of poles were compared.The structrual finite element method was used to calculate the vibration of external rotor and the law of the lowest order of radial electromagnetic force was summarized.It is concluded that the slot-pole combination which produces lower order radial electromagnetic force may exhibit larger vibration of the machine;with the same number of slots,the vibration of the machine with more poles is larger than that with less poles.
