通过构建我国人才产出能力综合评价指标体系并选取全球60个国家进行国际比较,对我国人才产出能力进行了客观评价。结果显示,我国人才产出能力自1999年后改善较快,尤其是在人才产出效率方面,但人才产出结构不合理,高端人才产出不强,从而造成了就业难与招工难并存的局面,理顺人才产出结构与增强高端人才竞争力是我国人才工作的重点。
通過構建我國人纔產齣能力綜閤評價指標體繫併選取全毬60箇國傢進行國際比較,對我國人纔產齣能力進行瞭客觀評價。結果顯示,我國人纔產齣能力自1999年後改善較快,尤其是在人纔產齣效率方麵,但人纔產齣結構不閤理,高耑人纔產齣不彊,從而造成瞭就業難與招工難併存的跼麵,理順人纔產齣結構與增彊高耑人纔競爭力是我國人纔工作的重點。

This paper attempts to establish production capacity of Chinese talent and conduct a comprehensive evaluation in-dex system of 60 nations international comparisons,which gives output capacity of Chinese talent is an objective evalua-tion.The results show that since 1999 the output capacity of Chinese talent is improved rapidly,especially in the talent of output efficiency,but the personnel structure of output was still weak,high-end talent of output is not strong,caused by the difficult employment and recruitment difficulties coexist.Rationalize the structure and enhance the high-end talent out-puts talent competition is beyond the focus of our human resources work .
