以沥青混凝土孔隙率作为其抗渗指标,应用极差分析法和方差分析法,探讨级配指数、填料用量和油石比3种影响因素对沥青混凝土防渗性能的影响程度及最优配合比组合。结果表明,油石比的极差R值及方差分析F值最大,级配指数的相应数值略小,而填料用量的相应数值最小;试验得到的最优配合比组合为,级配指数为0.45、填料用量12%、油石比7.5%。分析表明,油石比和级配指数对孔隙率的影响为显著,填料用量影响不显著。研究结果对提高水工沥青混凝土防渗性能具有指导意义,可为实际工程中水工沥青混凝土配合比设计及混凝土施工质量关键的因素控制提供参考。

Taking the porosity ratio of asphalt concrete as its imperviousness index, and by variance analysis and range analy-sis, we investigate influences of various factors such as grading index, filler content and asphalt-aggregate ratio on impervious performance of asphalt concrete and the optimum mix proportion is obtained. The results show that asphalt-aggregate ratio gets the maximum value in both range analysis and variance analysis, however grading index gets smaller value in the above two analy-sis, and filler content gets the minimum value. The optimal mix proportion is grading index of 0. 45, filler content of 12% and asphalt aggregate ratio of 7. 5%. It demonstrates that the influence of asphalt-aggregate ratio and grading index on porosity is significant, and filler content effect is not significant. The results has guiding significance for improvement of imperviousness of hydraulic asphalt concrete, meanwhile providing a reference for mix proportion design and key controlling factors in construction of hydraulic asphalt concrete.
