目的分析该院住院药房2011~2013年麻醉药品的使用情况，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法利用医院HIS系统，对2011~2013年期间住院药房麻醉药品的使用品种、数量、销售金额和用药频度等进行统计、分析，评价临床应用是否合理。结果该院住院药房常用的麻醉药品有12个品规，麻醉药品销售金额呈逐年增加，其中排名靠前的依次为：舒芬太尼注射液、羟考酮控释片、芬太尼透皮贴剂等，除舒芬太尼注射液和芬太尼透皮贴剂、吗啡缓释片外，所有药物利用指数(DUI)均≤1。结论该院住院药房麻醉药品的使用基本合理，但对于癌症慢性疼痛患者，应进一步更新用药观念，最大限度的减轻患者的痛苦。
목적분석해원주원약방2011~2013년마취약품적사용정황，위림상합리용약제공의거。방법이용의원HIS계통，대2011~2013년기간주원약방마취약품적사용품충、수량、소수금액화용약빈도등진행통계、분석，평개림상응용시부합리。결과해원주원약방상용적마취약품유12개품규，마취약품소수금액정축년증가，기중배명고전적의차위：서분태니주사액、간고동공석편、분태니투피첩제등，제서분태니주사액화분태니투피첩제、마배완석편외，소유약물이용지수(DUI)균≤1。결론해원주원약방마취약품적사용기본합리，단대우암증만성동통환자，응진일보경신용약관념，최대한도적감경환자적통고。
Objective To analyze pharmacy narcotic usage in a hospital from 2011 to 2013 to provide basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods By hospital HIS system, type, quantity, sales amount and frequency of statistics of hospital pharmacy narcotic drugs during 2011~2013 were evaluated and analyzed. Results Our hospital inpatient pharmacy commonly used narcotic drugs has 12 gauge, narcotic drugs sales amount increased year by year, which, in rank order of sufentanil injection, oxycodone retard-20 tablet, fentanyl transdermal patches, sufentanil injection morphine and fentanyl transdermal patches, zyban, all drug use index DUI 1 or less. Conclusion Pharmacy narcotic usage is basically reasonable, but for cancer patients with chronic pain, medical idea should be further updated to maximally reduce the patient's pain.
