以泥石流防治工程技术理论为基础,论述泥石流产生的因素、危害以及防治措施,通过砌石拦渣坝设计方案及其特点、优点的介绍和工程实例运行情况的分析,说明砌石拦渣坝不但能够满足因地制宜、就地取材的原则,而且具有强透水性和见效快等多方面的的优点,是泥石流防治中行之有效的工程措施,也是山区拦渣坝中较理想的结构型式。

To have the landslide prevention-engineering theory as a foundation to discuss the factors leading to enlarged landslides, its damages, and its preventions. This article uses different rock-formation retaining wall solutions to analyze the uniqueness and advantages of different design systems in real-life situation. Such design solutions demonstrate the fact that debris-blocking dam not only can fit the construction condition in the rural area (normally they have shortage of building materials in landside zone), but also have the strong advantages of water-filtration and fast-built features. Such structures and systems have been proven effective time and time again in landslide prevention. Finally, it is the best structural system to fit nicely in the mountainous terrain in the rural area.
