苏州轨道交通II-Y-TS-05标为苏州轨道交通2号线延伸线的最后一个标段,包括两个车站,一个盾构区间,一个明挖区间及一个停车场。新发路站~星华街站区间为本标段的盾构区间,单线全长678m,其中在靠近星华街站一端右线需近距离侧穿东坊工业园2#厂房,隧道距离厂房桩净距离仅2.8m,该段区域盾构覆土仅为5.4m,不足一倍洞径,在施工过程中如何控制盾构的施工参数,将盾构施工对厂房的影响降到最低是本工程控制的重点和难点。

The II-Y-TS-05 contract tender is the last bid of the extension line of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 2, including two stations, one shield tunnel,one open-cut tunnel and a parking lot. In between Xin fa lu station and Xing hua jie sation is the shield tunnel of this bid with a total length of 678m. On the end of the right rail close to Xing hua jie sation, the shield machine would have to dig-in by the side the workshop 2 of Dong fang Industrial zone in a close range, and the clear distance from the tunnel to the workshop’s column is 2.8m only. The thickness of covering soil above the tunnel is merely 5.4m, which is shorter than it’s diameter. The emphasis and difficulty of this project is focus on how to control the construction parameters of shield machine, so as to reduce the harmful influence on the building to a minimum, and creating high-quality project at the sametime.
