以水合氧化锆为主的Zr-AC吸附剂对磷酸根的去除效果明显,但吸附剂易流失问题成为制约因素,采用物化法对吸附剂进行包埋,制备新型包埋吸附剂.通过实验确定该包埋吸附剂的各成分Zr-AC吸附剂、聚乙烯醇、海藻酸钠、硼酸和氯化钙的质量浓度比为7.5∶8.0∶1.2∶4.5∶2.0,固化20 h后制备出性能稳定的包埋吸附剂.该包埋吸附剂的除磷效率为95.27%,可用作高效除磷吸附剂.通过实验确定影响包埋吸附剂除磷效率的主次因素关系为:Zr-AC吸附剂含量>聚乙烯醇含量>海藻酸钠含量>硼酸含量冲氯化钙含量.

The adsorbent included mainly hydrous zirconium oxide ,is obvious to remove PO3 -4 ,but the problem of the adsorbent draining easily becomes the main restricting factor .T he adsorbent is embeded by the physicochemical method ,aim to prepare a new embedded adsorbent .T he each component of the embedded adsorbent is determined according to the experiment ,the mass concentration ratio of Zr-AC adsorbent ,PVA ,SV ,H3BO3 and CaCl2 is 7.5∶8.0∶1.2∶4.5∶2.0 ,the prepared embedded adsor-bent has the stable performance after solidified in 20 hours .This removal efficiency of PO3 -4 is 95.27%using embedded adsorbent .Determining the primary and secondary factors influencing on the removal ef-ficiency of PO3 -4 using the embedded adsorbent :Zr-AC adsorbent content> PVA content>SV content>H3 BO3 content>>CaCl2 content .
