目的：观察中药内服、外敷，配合盆腔炎治疗仪治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效。方法：将80例符合诊断标准的本病患者随机分为两组，治疗组患者根据辩证分型中药内服、外敷，并配合盆腔炎治疗仪照射小腹部每天30分钟；对照组予以抗生素静脉滴注治疗，十天为一个疗程，一般治疗2-3个疗程，观察两组的疗效。结果：治疗组有效率95%。对照组85%。两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。结论：中药内服、外敷，配合盆腔炎治疗仪有较为理想的临床疗效。
목적：관찰중약내복、외부，배합분강염치료의치료분강염성질병후유증적림상료효。방법：장80례부합진단표준적본병환자수궤분위량조，치료조환자근거변증분형중약내복、외부，병배합분강염치료의조사소복부매천30분종；대조조여이항생소정맥적주치료，십천위일개료정，일반치료2-3개료정，관찰량조적료효。결과：치료조유효솔95%。대조조85%。량조비교유현저성차이(P＜0.05)。결론：중약내복、외부，배합분강염치료의유교위이상적림상료효。
Objectives:To observation the clinical efficacy of treating sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease with internal and external application of Chinese materia medica and pelvic therapy instrument. Method:80 patients who met the diagnosis standard were randomized into two group. The patients in the treatment group, according to the syndrome differentiation, were treated with internal and external application of Chinese materia medica, and a30-minute radiation of the lower abdomen from the pelvic therapy instrument each day. The control group was given intravenous antibiotic therapy. 10 days was a course of treatment and the treatment consisted of 2 to 3 courses. Compare the curative efficacy. Result:the effective rate of the treatment group was 95%and the control group was 85%.The results of the two groups were obviously different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease with internal and external application of Chinese materia medica and pelvic therapy instrument has an ideal clinical efficacy.
