目的：观察中医情志护理对择期手术患者术前焦虑状况的调节效果。方法：将符合西医广泛性焦虑诊断标准、HAMD≥14分且＜29分的择期手术患者作为实验对象。实验前后对实验对象采用 HAMD 焦虑量表进行测评，以检验干预方法的效果。结果：实验前、后，焦虑量表得分有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。结论：中医情志调护对择期手术患者术前焦虑状况具有良好的调节作用。
목적：관찰중의정지호리대택기수술환자술전초필상황적조절효과。방법：장부합서의엄범성초필진단표준、HAMD≥14분차＜29분적택기수술환자작위실험대상。실험전후대실험대상채용 HAMD 초필량표진행측평，이검험간예방법적효과。결과：실험전、후，초필량표득분유현저성차이(P＜0.05)。결론：중의정지조호대택기수술환자술전초필상황구유량호적조절작용。
Objective:To observe the moderating effects of emotional nursing for reappointed operation patients on preoperative anxiety.Methods:The qualified reappointed operation patients who reached the western medicine diagnostic criteria for generalized anxiety disorder with HAMD≥14&<29 were regarded as experimental subjects.The patients were tested and evaluated by HAMD anxiety scale before and after the experiment in order to test the effect of the intervention.Results:The scores before and after the experiment have significant differences( P<0.05). Conclusion:Emotional nursing has excellent moderating effects for reappointed patients on preoperative anxiety.
