目的：研究分析中药热帖敷用于小儿支气管肺炎辅助治疗的效果。方法：择取2012年12月～2013年12月期间在我院接受治疗的216例患儿，随机性分成对照组（西药治疗）与观察组（西药联合中药热帖敷辅助治疗）。结果：观察组患者在症状、体征消失时间、肺部啰音吸收时间、用药时间等方面均优于对照组，有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：中药热贴敷用于小儿支气管肺炎辅助治疗可明显缩短病程时间。
목적：연구분석중약열첩부용우소인지기관폐염보조치료적효과。방법：택취2012년12월～2013년12월기간재아원접수치료적216례환인，수궤성분성대조조（서약치료）여관찰조（서약연합중약열첩부보조치료）。결과：관찰조환자재증상、체정소실시간、폐부라음흡수시간、용약시간등방면균우우대조조，유현저성차이（P<0.05）。결론：중약열첩부용우소인지기관폐염보조치료가명현축단병정시간。
Objective:To study and analyze the adjuvant effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine hot compress in the treatment of infantile bronchial pneumonia.Method:216 cases were selected from December 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital and randomly divided into a control group (Western medicine treatment) and a observation group (Western medicine combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine hot compress therapy).Result:The symptoms, sign-disappearing time, the pulmonary rales absorption time and therapy duration of patients in the observation group were better than the control group. There were statistically significant differences in P<0.05. Conclusion:Traditional Chinese Medicine hot compress in the adjuvant treatment of infantile bronchial pneumonia can shorten the duration of the treatment.
