运用级数突变理论,从城市创新支撑、投入、产出和反馈能力4个维度,构建城市综合创新力评价指标体系,对中部六省省会的综合创新能力进行定量测评分析。研究结论表明,综合创新能力从高到低依次是武汉、郑州、长沙、合肥、南昌和太原;合肥的创新投入能力要高于长沙;郑州的创新产出能力强于武汉;创新反馈能力方面,长沙市高于郑州,太原较以往有所提升,超过南昌。最后结合地区差异,从创新意识培养、增加创新支撑投入、合理处理“支撑-投入-产出-效益”关系、发挥核心城市集聚与区域联动发展和培育多种增长极等方面给出对策。

The paper constructs the evaluation index system of comprehensive innovation capital cities of six provinces in central China,using the series of catastrophe theory,from the four dimensions of the city innovation support,input,output and feedback ability and analyses the comprehensive innovation ability of the six cities.The research indicates that the capacity of the innovative support and input in the Wuhan and Zhengzhou is prominent,while the innovative output and feedback ability plays a key role in Chang-sha;Hefei,Nanchang,Taiyuan's innovation ability are at the medium level.Finally,the paper puts for-ward some countermeasures focuing on the innovative consciousness cultivation,the regional differences, increasing innovation support investment,reasonable "support-input-output-benefit" relationship,pla-ying a central role on the urban agglomeration and regional linkage development and cultivating a variety of growth poles.
